Introduction
Home Of Happiness is non-profitable social worker organization registered with Nepal government of Nepal with the Registration number 2135/2065. 2065, SWC NO: 26932 at Gandaki zone, Kaski district, Pokhara sub-metropolitan city, ward no-15, Nayagaun, Nagbeli Tole, house No 2. “Home Of Happiness” is lying far away from political, religion and racial diversity, and it is established in order to develop condition of children and women who are in poor condition
Vision
HOH Nepal has a vision to develop the condition of women and children and to secure their personal rights.
Aim
HOH Nepal aims to bring positive change in the condition of targeted women and children’s condition in society.

Overview of Nepal
Nepal is multilingual, multicultural, multiracial and a democratic country. It occupies 56,827sq mile or 1, 47,151sq km of land area according to census of 2001. The total population of Nepal is 23,151,423 and it is recorded in data that there are 103 different casts living here. The literacy rate in Nepal is 53 percent. Among this Male and female literacy rate is 57.2 percent and 42.8 percent respectively. Nepal has diverse and unique physical features. So that’s why it is divided into there major geographical belt. They are – Himalayan belt, hill belt and terai belt etc.
Due to the lack of education and proper health care, followings are the effects can be seen in both women and children
There are 41 percent of children among total population who are below 16 year of age.
About 27,000children are dying untimely by diarrhoea and dysentery.
About 1500 women per 100,000 population of women is in pregnant period as a result, many children living being an orphan.
There are hospitals only in 64 districts out of 75.
In whole country, there is only one children hospital.
About 52 percent of houses have facility of toilet, among total houses of Nepal.
There are 260,000 child labourers in Nepal.
71 percent of children have been exploited to carry water.
12,000 women and children have been sold in India.
40,000 children are living under the condition of exploitation and workers.
There are 34 percent of child marriages.
There are 7,000 road children.
There are 150 children in prison without any reason.
During the period of 10 years of civil war, 5000 children have lost father and mother, 10,000 children have lost home and 300 children have died.

Objective
HOH Nepal strives to make children able to change their condition by the help of local resources.
to make self –reliable to orphanages solitary women and children from big family by providing them higher secondary level education or technical or occupational, just like social, physical, skill/knowledge and wisdom development in children development program
To provide financial help, for children who are from poor families, in educational areas such as uniforms, text books, and tuition fee etc.
To create a partnership with the rural community where there is necessary to re-build the damaged conditions of schools and provide furniture.
To provide assistance and help to solitary women (by death of husband), divorce (more than one marriage) and financially.
To launch women development programmer in the community and create involvement of targeted women like – women health training, adult education, revolving fund, skill development and women rights etc.
Goals
Women will be reliable in their development activities, (skill, education, health and rights).
Children will be able to help to other children after completion of their higher education or occupational training.
There will be interrelationship between community and Home of Happiness Nepal.
